The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, gas grill, shared fire pit (a shared area; please be respectful and keep clean), and a one-car garage. Parking is on the street. Things to Know: No pets allowed. There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path.
