This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios,restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.

Very clean and even though kitchen is shared it didn’t felt that way not to mention the pool that was clean. It is home away from home. I have another favorite on my list 💖💖

Very clean! I slept like a baby (which isn't normal for me being away from home), pool area was perfect, lovely property overall. The reason I couldnt do 5 stars is because checking in and out was not easy. We had to search the yard and ask other people how to locate the check out person as no one answers the phone. We didn't find out about the gate fob deposit until after booking. BUT!! I will definitely stay again (now that i kinda know how to check in and out).. plus the staff girl was very sweet and patient.

Beautiful property nestled in a safe and serene community. Ideal if you like a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle from typical tourist locations. Host was also accessible and welcoming! Would stay here again if visiting areas close by to the property.

Lavern’s Place was the perfect for my Ocho Rios trip. It’s super clean, safe, and located in a quiet area just a walk away from downtown and the beach. I went for a morning jog and felt totally at ease — even passed kids on their way to school. The AC worked great and the views from the room were a bonus, including the nice pool! The host was great too, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice and lovely. The room was small but very cozy for us and the perfect location where we could walk/drive to downtown Ochi events. Lavern property is very secure and safe. Thank you to the ladies at property. See u guys again sooner than later.

I think its advertised as an apartment its a room in a house, directions to the property poor, the house has a musty smell,not my bedroom but when you enter the house. its not a quite area, music playing from bus park & other residents, staff that i saw was nice, fridge not plugged in, in kitchen, no instructions to work appliances, another holiday maker asked me how to open the front door with the fob, not worth £75 per night

I did like that it was a pool on the property but it needed some maintenance it was cloudy a little dirty, i like how the rooms were spacious and A.C. in them. The main gate was having problems getting stuck but was resolved afterwards. One of the rooms we stayed in the tv remote was missing but there were tvs in other rooms which was convenient. The staff will wash your clothes for you per load which was helpful for the time i needed it, i had a small 2 loads and charged me $20 and i gave $5 tip. The staff were very helpful and Ms. Lavern is very helpful as well and you can call her when needed very reliable with the communication. Overall very nice property
