It is fully furnished, all you need is food and charcoal for the grill. Has TV with satellite, Central Heat, and Air, fireplace, charcoal grill. It is furnished with linens and towels.

2024 Solar Eclipse reservations are Non-REFUNDABLE deposits within 30 days and require full non-refundable reservation payment 14 days prior to reservation. Failure to pay in full will result in loss of deposit, cancellation notice, and the cabin will be re-booked
Cancellations- There is a $30 cancellation fee for all cancellations. This will be the only fee if you cancel more than two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival date.
