Good: Central location. Overall good breakfast. Nice staff. Free coffee. Clean. What I didn't like so much: Very small room and small show/bathroom. Good I am not a big person. Not sound insulated. (hard to improve) Scrambled eggs were the prefab type, that does not taste right. A shame when the rest of the buffet was really nice.

Værelset er meget slidt, utrolig dårligt vedligeholdt, ulovlige installationer med forlængerledninger i væggene, dårlig belysning. Der er enormt lydt imellem værelsene og ikke mindst ud til gangen. Bad/toilet er slidt og træt, der trænger virkelig til et løft, der er en tung hørm af mug, sikkert fra badeforhænget der aldrig bliver tørt, grundet dårlig udluftning. Gangarealerne er beskidte, de bærer tydeligt præg af ikke at være rengjorte efter spildte væsker, der kunne virkelig godt bruges en hovedrengøring. Personalet er søde og imødekommende. Alt i alt, så vil jeg absolut ikke anbefale et besøg på hverken Hotel Windsor eller Milling Hotel Mini 19. så hellere finde et værelse udenfor byen.
