The infrastructure was new and amazing, with modern interior styling throughout. Very comfortable, with staff very numerous, and attentive in every way.The room was spotless, but warm and very calming. The dining facilities and cuisine were very impressive, bright and cheery at breakfast, and colorful and first class for dinner. Swimming facilities were numerous and well-kept, pleasing and fun.

Have you ever had oysters, mussels, jamon and quail eggs for breakfast at a hotel before? Neither have I until my husband and I stayed at Nemo. And breakfast is not the only mind-blowing experience at this luxury hotel. From stunning rooms with comfortable beds (and a pillow menu) to swimming with the dolphins, this hotel is unlike any other! The pools, the spa and the salon are fantastic. We were able to book a couples spa package and use the services on the same day of the booking. The girls at the salon do the best pedicure and hair care I’ve had in years! We were celebrating my birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing time. The staff even surprised me at breakfast with a personalized cake, sparkling wine, a gift card, a song and the most touching birthday wishes! Part of the gift was a swim with the dolphins, tickets to the dolphin show and a photo-session with these majestic creatures. It was a WOW experience, and I highly recommend Nemo hotel for your special occasion or vacation!

Flott SPA-hotell med delfiner

Hotellet har rom i flere prisklasser, vi valgte å gå litt opp i pris for å få utsikt over Svartehavet. Rommet var behagelig, ikke for stort men heller ikke for lite. Maten var meget god, setvicen upåklagelig. Spa- og massasjetilbudet var meget omfangsrikt. Det var treningsrom og ulike treningsaktiviteter som foregikk på dagtid. Det spesielle med hotellet er at de har delfiner. Ett par svømmer i ett mindre basseng der en kan ta ridetur med dem. De fleste holder til i ett stort delfinarium der de har oppvisninger. Og den var spektakulær. En kan også dykke med de. Delfinene fikk meget godt stell og det var tydelig at de hadde spesielle bånd til sine dedikerte trenere.

Asked for early check-in few days prior to arrival, they said that will try to accommodate me, which never happened.. I was ready to pay for it, but no one said anything about that, so I was waiting from 10 am to 3 pm to be checked in. On the reception staff can be more friendly, not fake-friendly! Bell boy was great, good hospitality! Also hotel driver charged me 250 Ukrainian money for 5 minute ride, very expensive. I don’t mind to pay, but price has to match the quality!

Hotel cleanliness is very bad. service is very bad. They charged me 1600 extra for dripping water in the wardrobe while checking out. It was a lousy vacation...

I’m not the resort type and I was alone. Stayed for two days. Check in, check out were quick. Staff was polite. Room was small but really clean modern and tasteful. Bathroom was great. The big pool by the “boardwalk” was crowded with families and kids. The roof top pools were much smaller but calmer. Food was good. No complaints except for the very loud music outside until 6 am. Front desk didn’t know what it was. It might be the best place of its type in Odessa. Great gym, activities, salon, spa and a cool dolphin show and a swim with dolphins thing (though I don’t know what to feel about those either). I recommend it though the type of place is not my cup of tea.

The resort is beautiful. It's right on the Black Sea with amazing views and lots of activity too keep your eyes busy. Very relaxing pools and hot tubs with music and beautiful woman. If you are a traveler from the Americas be prepared to be treated a little differently than Eastern europeans. I definitely sensed a coldness and even a rudeness at times when speaking only English.

We stayed in a panoramic suite which has a great view and very spacious compared to my kid's room which was very small. Food is just OK. Check out was very very very slow.

This is A hotel. The staff is intelligent, doesn't waste your time on the phone, everything is possible, you have freedom of choices. I didn't swim with the dolphins, I felt sorry for them, but except that, a full A place.

Our favorite hotel in Ukraine

Fantastic hotel for a romantic getaway. Even off-season they have outside rooftop jacuzzies open 24/7 with bar service in the pool. From the inside spa area you always have a view of the dolphins. Room service is very fast.

Отель супер. Я бывал в лучших турецких отелях, и этот им не уступает. То что соленая вода в бассейнах и приятной теплой температуры в джакузи, это класс. Очень красиво и чисто, еда на завтрак ресторанного качества и разнообразная. Чудесная атмосферная музыка на бассейне и в ресторане.Дельфины очень впечатляют и не хочется отсюда уезжать. Певец в ресторане очень впечатлил своим профессиональным пением. Я не успел попробовать все услуги, так как мало времени гостил, но мне все понравилось. Хочу приехать сюда еще на подольше.
