They just didn't serve me the breakfast that was included in the price. They tell me if I want to eat smth, i can google the food delivery and eat. No hot water sometimes no water at all. I've booked the best room in the hotel but it didn't help me.The worst place I ever stayed in Odessa. Never ever again.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are relatively modern. Situated in the city center so you have access to everything. One downside is the noise. Underneath the hotel is a night club so if you mind noise, this might not be the right choice for you. Otherwise a good hotel.

Good Value in a Spa/Pool Hotel

2 night stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and spa facility for a small hotel. Restaurant was great and get a 15% discount. Room was small but adequate. Some upgrades to the facility are needed, especially the carpet. Close to train station. Good value.

so many things wrong

First off when I booked this hotel there default photo had a picture of the beach. In the info it then said it had a private beach. Neither of this was even slightly true or real. Next indoor pool well that was closed next a club in the hotel that was closed and then to top it off of course my AC had to be dripping on the floor all night to keep me awake. Thankfully being a loyal hotels.com member next two nights were canceled and they got me rebooked into another hotel. Do not stay at this hotel for the things they say they have. Only stay cause you need a place to put your head down at night and if thats the case I am sure there are plenty of other options to do so.

The standard rooms are sticky as you cannot open the window. Even on 4th floor we could hear the noise from the nightclub. Breakfast choice was good. Hotel location is okay but not great, in the middle between the historic center and Arcadia beach.

I had a good stay in the Palladium Hotel. It is in a nice central place. From there the beach clubs in Arkadia are reachable within an hours walk and if the weather is good it is a nice walk to make. The train station is very close and the "old" town is very close too, which made it a perfect place to start a good walk and visit the Potiomkin Stairs and the harbor. The beds are comfortable, but not very wide. It didn't harm me though. I liked the Palladium Café where breakfast is served. Here you can choose up to 70 hryvnias on food and coffee/tea. That makes a good breakfast. I had eggs, bread, pancakes coffee and tea and would choose so every day. The only thing that I would have liked is to be able to enter the café from the inside of the hotel. Now you have to walk around the building to go there.

Ripped off by waiter in restraunt

Room did not have soap in bathroom. Phone did not have any buttons to call restraunt or front desk, food was not good. Very noisy until 4am.

Comfortable Hotel

Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am an American and was visiting friends in Krivoy Rog. Even though my Russian is very poor, the staff was patient and most knew enough English to effectively communicate. Rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable.

Hotell med anmerkninger.

Jeg vil starte med at hotellet ligger i et traffikert kryss. Rommet var en skuffelse da det ikke virket helt rent. Bla teppet trengte en rengjøring. Det var kun to små vinduer helt oppe ved veggen i rommet, det var derfor ingen utsikt og det virket litt ubehagelig og rart. Det var også insekter i rommet(maur). Det som var bra var personalet som gjorde så godt de kunne. Det var også en bra restaurant på hotellet. Det var ganske lang vei til stranden, omtrent 15 minutter å gå, det var en taubane fra hovedveien ned til stranden og dette kortet ned turen noe. Når man først hadde kommet til stranden(Otrada beach) var det meget bra. Mot en liten penge fikk man seng med madrass og parasoll. Jeg tror ikke jeg velger dette hotellet hvis jeg skal til Odessa igjen.
