Great little suite for sure. Cupboards were dusty but pretty much everything u need for a quick meal after work. The pet fee was alot and expidia dosn't stipulate that at all it's 100 dollars non refundable so that was definitely a suprise. Great dining options around for restaurants options and a super quiet area woth good parking for work trucks.

Everything was great except for breakfast. Room was very comfortable! Bed was great. My only complaint is the hot breakfast items were cold and the chocolate milk was ice chunks from sitting in ice.

The entire staff was nice, there was one staff member that was outstanding her name is Alizay C. we drove for 7 hours to Odessa for a funeral she made sure we were able to check in early freshen up and change our clothes in time for the funeral. She didn't have to do it but she did. She understood what we were about to go through and her comforting spirit make it better for all of us. Thank you Alizay!!

Room key would not open from outside after hours, had to walk from the back where there was parking to the front. Toilet handle stopped working (would not flush) . No good breakfast options. Left a personal pillow behind in the room and my pillow with a grey pillow case “disappeared” or was not found which means housekeeping probably kept our $80 pillow. Will probably not stay here anymore.

As a traveling professional I stay in a lot of hotels (3 to 4 days a week. As such, especially in high crime areas, checking rooms for cameras, mics, etc. is common and respected by traveling professionals. The room I stayed in had a mirror placed over the sink (area between the bed and the bathroom) that was beyond shady. Like we all know the saying, " If there's no space, leave this place", when it comes to placing your finger on the mirror. There should be a space indicating a real mirror vs a fake/spy mirror. That mirror HAS NO SPACE. I made a video as proof. I STRONGLY SUGGEST (FEMALES ESPECIALLY) NOT STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. RATIONAL= UNSAFE. Unfortunately, these days and times where sex rings have become a norm there is little to no accountability and/or responsibility whenever establishments are notified of this happening in their facility. Stay safe out there y'all 🙏

The stay was pretty good the beds were so so. Wife and i are used to our serta so these beds hurt our backs more than we wouldve liked but place was nice, staff were very friendly and i would reccomend this place if a friend were to go to odessa.
