"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

Frühstück war ausreichend mit Luft nach oben. Das Restaurant bietet gute deftige tschechische Küche zu vergleichsweise kleinen Preisen. Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. "The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
