Breakfast which was included was a full cooked to order breakfast and delicious.
Lovely onsite spot for dinner with outside seating.(quiet).
Easy access to Marginal Way.
Definitely as advertised. Very comfortable bedding. Amazing shower & bath. Staff is very friendly always willing to make your stay better. Delicious breakfast included.
Welcomed by Heath, the manager. Explained everything and gave us a tour. Brought us to our room and explained things in the room.
Excellent breakfasts. Close to Perkins Cove and entrance to the Marginal Way. Friendly staff.
Everything was great! The innkeeper Betty was very nice and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and right at home. The included breakfasts were super delicious, the room cozy but with everything we needed, including 2 comfortable chairs for reading and a really comfortable bed. Beverages were always available, and the afternoon cookies were a great treat. Parking is easy and off-street. The hosts were delightful. We'll definitely book there again.
Pros: Very clean and well-appointed room. Kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. Didn’t have time to use the soaking tub but it looked amazing. Cons: Water took a very long while to heat up. The walkways/stairs were a bit icy and the stair railing was a bit loose. Rooms are very close together with minimal sound barrier between; heard our neighbor coughing most of the evening.
My wife had a wonderful stay at the Inn. It was our second visit, though the ownership has changed since we were last here (two years ago). The staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The room was nicely appointed -- with a functional kitchen, walk-in shower, and deep, modern soaking tub. Location is terrific, close to the Marginal Way, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit (okay, maybe a 15-20 minute walk). Just a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ogunquit!
This was a great place to stay and meet good people in Ogunquit, Maine. The staff make the experience and everybody was open and accepting. Thank you Marge and your crew, Tom Coffman
Needed to have staff turn on shower (very difficult faucet)!
Room beside staircase real noisy at times.
Room and bed were very comfortable and had nice views if you could see through all the rain.
This property is managed by Marge. She's an outstanding manager, communicator and host. All of the "little" things are taken care of. I would stay here anytime in Ogunquit and highly recommend it!
We can’t remember staying in a more beautifully decorated hotel room or experiencing a more relaxed and pleasant vacation. Owner Keith has collected antiques from around the world to furnish each of the Cove’s three thirteen rooms. The hotel adjoins a restaurant which is attached through its private lounge to a private room serving breakfast to Cove guests they select from its varied breakfast offerings which is included in the room charge. Our French doors opened to a patio overlooking a lovely garden and trees with chairs in both places. The large shower stall could also be used as a steam room. Our housekeeper, Blanche, was a friendly presence, seeing that our every need was met advising us on the many nearby restaurants. We were lucky to be the only guests, because we visited
early in the season and at midweek. The Cove is usually full, we feel it would still be quiet and in the peaceful area of town, quarter mile from the end of marginal Way at Perkins Cove, a short, walk to the mini activities of lower town.
