"Amazing from the moment we checked in. Owner went out of their way to provide all details to help with our plans while in Palmerston North. Looking at the other reviews this is just the superior service they provide. Apartment was modern, spacious, imaculatly presented, and spotlessly clean. I would definetly stay again and recommend to others also."

"It's not often that one can find a well kept property in the city that is pet friendly. Love it!"

"We have stayed at other BK's and always found them to be of a good standard. Unfortnately, this was not up to that standard. Althought the daily cleaning appeared to be fine the carpet badly needed a proper shampoo clean to remove dirty marks all over it. The two armchairs also needed a proper clean, very dirty handmarks etc. on the arms and the seats."
