"Very nice space, and it also has a washer/dryer which is super helpful when on long trips, traveling light, or both. I felt safe and here as a safe female traveler - I pretty much walked everywhere and the old city is very cool. I really liked the location of the entrance, which is off the main road so if you’re fumbling and trying to figure things out for entrance it’s very forgiving and provides some grace as a traveler that’s new to the area. I would stay here again."

"Rooms were nice overall cause they were clean. And being new had a modern touch that was nice to have. Location was great from being central to things as it was only a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square and several other key attractions and restaurants. You really are in the heart of it all. You are right across from Wawel Castle even, not often you get to sleep next to a castle. The flaws were that it was very noisy. Our room was right next to the street and the trams ran most of the...

"We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) Location was great! A short walk to the riverside with castle views (recommend an evening stroll) and not much further to reach the old town. Overall, a very...

Sky Hotel Kraków

10/10 Excellent

"This place was clean and staff were very helpful. The on site restaurant was great!! Food was fantastic and service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!!!"

Betmanowska Main Square Residence Adults Only

8/10 Good

"We had a fantastic trip to Krakow and the accommodation at Betmanowska was excellent! The organised transfer was perfect, really pleasant and knowledgable driver who told us about good places to go, see, eat etc The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space with the usual safe etc…soft drinks minibar was complimentary which was a really nice touch!was bed was soft but we they do offer a service to make it harder, but we chose not to utilise this. Shower was great! A bottle prosecco was waiting for us as a welcome gift which was a nice touch as was a bottle of wine later in the stay to thank us for choosing them. Breakfast was great, continental style buffet was good with hot food made to order…can’t complain! Location was perfect, right next to the main square, yet the room did not suffer from external noise. The only downside was the building is old so was quite creaky, you felt the movement from other residents nearby and the building made a lot of noise as you moved about, but this wouldn’t stop us returning, just letting people know! The lift is very small and didn’t give us a lot of confidence it would make every journey! so if you’re not a fan, be prepared to use the stairs! Overall a fantastic stay, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again should we come back to Krakow!"

Aparthotel Best Views Luxury

10/10 Excellent

"The Aparthotel is situated in the perfect location, everything is in the walking distance. It’s close to the river as well. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed didn’t have the thickest mattress, so you may want to ask if they could provide something to make it more comfortable. The bed was super comfortable though! The rooms were clean and very nice! Would definitely recommend."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Krakow

8/10 Good

"This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The 5 star rating was misleading. It is a 3 & 1/2 star hotel. The Radisson Blu is suppose to be an upgraded hotel. We did not feel it was. We were in a suite. The size of the room was indeed spacious. However, the furniture was dated. The TV was in an awkward space in the primary bedroom. Yes, this location was ideal and across the street from a lovely park. The breakfast buffet was above average. The staff tried their best to compensate for the hotel’s deficiencies. Our expectations were not met with this hotel."

PURO Kraków Kazimierz

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at Puro hotel was fantastic! The hotel was decorated in a stylish modern yet comfortable design, everywhere was perfectly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large selection of delicious food. Free hot drinks available and bike hire. Quiet location within short walking distance of train station, bars, restaurants and the main sites. I would highly recommend."
