"This hotel truly is an oasis in the desert. The property is two main "houses" with lots of well-designed shared indoor and outdoor areas including two pools, hot tubs, etc. Rooms/bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and private. Breakfast is wonderful (eggs made to order plus an extensive buffet). What makes the hotel truly exceptional is the staff -- they are friendly, welcoming, and will go above and beyond to help you if needed. Kelly in particular was a gem. It is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, so the free bikes (good quality and good condition) you can check out are really helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. "

"It's a unique place to stay with lots of character. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the small intimate nature of the hotel, which made you feel like you weren't just another anonymous tourist. The owner, Juan, came to greet us on our first day and we had a nice conversation, and Mayda, who checked us in had a lot of great recommendations to share. Would stay again."

"This is an awesome place. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the grounds well-kept and inviting. The location is quiet with terrific night-sky views. There’s a pool if you’d like to take a day off from seeing the Atacama. It’s gated and has parking. All-in-all, highly recommended. A few things to consider — you need a car to stay here. It’s in Coyo, which is a few miles outside of San Pedro de Atacama proper and there’s no public transport. Also, almost no English is spoken at the property. Not an issue for us and for most you should be able to navigate and make your needs known with a few words of Spanish and 21st Century technology. "
