    Stay in style at this modern villa in The Villages! With an electric golf cart included, you're minutes from top courses like Southern Oaks, Jubilee, Mickylee, Belle Glade, Red Fox & Grey Fox.

    GOLF CART: A golf cart is included with your stay (electric). To use it, we just need a quick signed waiver + the one-time $20 cart insurance per stay. The $20 is not a rental fee; it is an insurance fee that provides coverage during your stay. Once that's done we'll text you the access code. The key/lockbox is on the cart itself. Only licensed drivers 25+ may operate the cart.

    Sawgrass Grove is the closest town square at about 2.3 miles, roughly a 7 minute drive, with Eastport next at about 4.4 miles. Both have dining, shopping and free live entertainment in the evenings. Golf, relax, and explore — all from one perfect spot.
