Meh

Ac only had two settings. Off and ice box. Zero water pressure for the shower. While checking in the guy was definitely more concerned with his video chat on his phone than checking us in at 11pm. Location was convenient for our soccer games.

The owners seemed to be trying to improve the property. It was clean and no smells. Neighborhood was possible concern but had good lighting Bathroom was clean

I reserved a room for relatives online. They left to get cash for the 100$ deposit and they gave the room away while also still charging me for the room.

The room was dirty, I saw two bugs and the sheets looked like they weren’t changed because there were crumbs in the bed. I won’t come here again.

I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there

My room was canceled for no reason before I even got there and once I was there no help was offered to figure out what was wrong. I was told to “contact hotels.com and they can call me” and they wouldn’t even let me charge my phone so I could figure anything out.

I did the reservation on Expedia, when we arrived to the hotel, they told me that they cancelled the reservation without notice. I called Expedia and they were not notice either about the cancellation. Horrible customer service. Worst experience I ever had.

I felt unsafe and found the window for checking in and out very odd. While there seemed to be a reception area, guests are signalled d to the little room with a window instead. Both when I went to check in and check out, no one was there. I had to call using the phone by the window. At check in, the lady answered and came fairly quickly, but when I was checking out, it took some time for the (very unfriendly) man to arrive and he seemed annoyed that I was ringing - even though I had a plane to catch and a rental car to return. The lady at check in wanted a $50 deposit for not smoking in the room or soiling the mattress, and said that it would be refunded to my card when I was leaving. It wasn’t true, as the man at checkout said that it wouldn’t be returned before 4 days. Overall, I didn’t like the hotel and wouldn’t stay there again. I also don’t recommend it.

Quiet, clean, dark rooms. Staff was responsive when needed. Area around the hotel is fine. We stayed two nights and I believe the value was excellent. I do not feel that I could have gotten better for the price.
