I booked this hotel because I live over an hour away and had two long shifts back to back in Edmond. The first night was fine, nothing note worthy. The second night I got in late and requested late check out at the front desk. They asked what room number I was and they told me there was no one in that room.
The man at the front desk then began to argue with me for 20 minutes that I was not in that room and at the wrong hotel. I told him I literally checked in last night and all of my belongings were in that room. I gave him the key card, the confirmation email and my drivers license. Also the hotel had zero issue charging my card on file for the incidentals but they couldn't find my booking? I was so irritated after a long shift only to deal with that. He didn't believe me and the only way I got him to believe me was that he went up to the room and saw there was stuff in it.
Turns out after talking with the lady at the front desk the following morning. The lady who checked me in marked me as a no show and they tried to give my room to another guest who thankfully reported that there was items in the room.
Will not being staying here again and would not recommend it just based on the customer service and how I was treated/spoken to
