When we encountered an issue with our original room due to someone smoking in it, Jeana promptly and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our well-being made a significant difference in our stay. Jeana's dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable, and she is a shining example of what excellent customer service should be.
