We enjoyed our stay at this place. The house was very nice and it was in a good location for getting to everywhere we wanted to go in OKC. We would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to OKC.
We had a great time, we found the property perfect for our quilting weekend. An open floor plan with excellent lighting, the parking was abundant and the location was central to our trips. We were comfortable
Great house in a nice neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and shops on 16th Street. Loved the house layout and space. Would definitely look for this property to stay at the next time I’m in OKC.
Great location to the fairgrounds. Easy drive. House was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway is a little narrow for our dually truck but plenty of parking and regularvsize vehicles should have no issues.
This house was exactly what we needed, as we dropped our daughter off to OCU for her freshman year. A newly renovated, clean environment with plenty of amenities to come back to each night. Communication with the host was excellent as well.
We loved the home. It was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The only complaint is the neighborhood was a little iffy. We didn’t feel 100% safe. It looks like they are trying to improve the area but it was sketchy. The hosts were friendly and checked on us during our stay. Everything else was great!

Some Concerns
The property host did not reply to messages prior to the stay and then when we arrived the door handle fell off . We then later used the washer and it flooded the back room, so we tried to call the host and all of the numbers listed were not correct. We then called VRBO to notify them that we had not caused any damage and could not reach the host, they were able to reach him and I was told her would call me, he did not they called me back and asked to message him in app, we wondered where he was actually located. Additionally there were still dishes in the dishwasher from the last guest and a used coffee pod in the keurig which made us wonder about the cleaning. The location was as it says which is convenient to the plaza district. While the house was clean just not sure we would stay here again
