"Efficient check in and check out. Room was nothing special but clean and a great option for one night after going to a concert in Pentiction. A little noisy at times but was good enough for a one night stay. Overall good experience!"

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "

"The staff were great!!! The room needs a couple easy fixes to make it function better. It needs a stopper in the kitchen sink, as well as in the sink outside the bathroom. Our soap fell down the drain multiple times. This will save plumbing bills in the long run I’m sure! The bedding on the Murphy bed needs updating. Most sheets had holes in them. "
