OK for an overnight stay near the airport.

We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. I’d recommend as a nice clean place to stay close to the airport but I couldn’t see myself staying there for any great deal of time.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 10Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Außenküche ist super, zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung einer gemeinsamen Küche für die 4 Appartements. Mit dem google-Übersetzer klappt die Verständigung auch problemlos, falls man keine Italienisch-kenntnisse hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichlichkeit von Raimondo und der restlichen Mitarbeiter (leider weiß ich den Namen des netten Mädchens nicht, das ich an Tag 1 kennengelernt hatte). Wir konnten nach Rücksprache bereits früher unser Zimmer nutzen bzw. das Gepäck hinterlegen. Es gab bei mir direkt eine schwierige Situation, bei der ich sofort unterstützt wurde. Dafür kann ich mich nur bedanken. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Gegend abseits der Touristen-Hotspots.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ADDRESS!

We had a wonderful stay in a very typical location not far from Olbia center (12min) but same time in nature envirenment with a awsome beach with restaurants 5min walk. We highly recommend the place and the owner was so nice!

Alles sehr gut geregelt. Zimmer ausreichend groß für eine Nacht. Neues modernes Design. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Frühstück bringt man lieber selber mit. Parkplätze vorhanden. Auf Wunsch auch im Hof. Zum Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse Frühstücken...sehr schön und ruhig.
