Posizione eccellente prezzi altini anche se in linea col resto dell’offerta di Olbia. Sull’albergo nulla da eccepire. Colazione ottima e varia, stanza comoda e pulita. Personale cortese e disponibile. Il parcheggio esterno è a pagamento. Se ci si trattiene più di una notte potrebbe far lievitar sì costi di permanenza

Hotel hat gute, ruhige Lage. Schnell in die schöne Altstadt. Bis auf eine jüngere Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption unterkühlte, nicht serviceorientiertes Personal. Kantinenhafter Frühstücksraum.. hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon, unbequem Matratze leider.

Just a bad choice

I wouldn't stay in this hotel, had I known better. The water in the bathroom ran out in the middle of the shower. Not very friendly guest services, except the guy who works in the night. He had great customer service. The bed and pillow are rock hard. Could hardly get any sleep.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer angenehm groß und die Mitarbeiter durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv war auch das Frühstück, das völlig ausreichend war und anders als in manchen Bewertungen behauptet, musste man für den Kaffee nichts extra zahlen (vielleicht wurde das inzwischen geändert). Das gesamte Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, und auch wenn die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus begrenzt sind, hatten wir Glück und immer einen Platz gefunden. Ein paar Kritikpunkte gab es aber auch: Im Zimmer war am Anfang eine unangenehm warme und stickige Luft, und obwohl eine Klimaanlage angegeben war, funktionierte diese im April nicht. Laut Rezeption, weil es „noch nicht warm genug“ sei. Das fand ich schade. Auch die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war alles andere als schön. Trotz dieser Punkte gebe ich 4 Sterne, weil mir vor allem Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und ein funktionierender Ablauf wichtiger sind und das hat das Hotel definitiv erfüllt. Müsste ich nur die Mitarbeiter bewerten, würde ich glatte 5 Sterne geben!

Mittelklasse

Ein nettes Hotel, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse hat uns gefallen, das Frühstück war erfreulich. Leider hat der Fernseher kein einziges deutsches oder englisches Programm ( andere Hotels in Sardinien haben das). Eine Bemerkung der Rezeptionistin hat mir die Freude verdorben.
