Great little cozy place in the heart of the action

Amazing communication and so helpful, the one thing you want on vacation is easyā€¦and it was so easy! Everything was taken care of, communication was great and location, location, location. It was right in the heart of the action, walk out the door and you are there. The property is very simple, nothing flashy, so if you are looking for that beach town simplicity it is perfect, if you are looking for high end hotel, probably not your spot. With that said, property was great, had everything you needed and nothing that you donā€™t. I would absolutely recommend if you are just looking for a simple place right off Corso Umberto and all the restaurants and night life. You wonā€™t find a better location anywhere near the price point.

The property is located close to restaurants. There is bad aroma when entering the property and the Expedia address is inaccurate. There is a close car park which turns into a market on Tuesday and cars are towed away. It would have been good if the host had advised of this.

If you wanna stay on the ground floor, choose the 1st option with smaller room. Other rooms are on 1st floor without a lift. The room is good but bring along with your own shampoo/shower gel. They offer one there without label. So I donā€™t even know that is a shower gel or shampoo. Unlike other stay, they donā€™t offer bottle of water and tap water isnā€™t drinkable. Others are all great.

Lā€™OlbiaLoft est idĆ©alement situĆ© dans le centre ville. Lā€™appartement est bien Ć©quipĆ© et en bon Ć©tat. Le personnel est trĆØs accueillant et Ć  lā€™Ć©coute. Cependant lā€™isolation est vraiment mauvaise. Nous avons passĆ© plusieurs nuits trĆØs dĆ©sagrĆ©ables du fait de voisins qui faisaient la fĆŖte puis Ć©taient trop bruyants pendant leurs Ć©bats. Cela reste un lieu Ć  recommander pour sĆ©journer Ć  Olbia.

Le logement est trĆØs bien situĆ© Ć  30m de la rue principale et il y un super marchĆ© Ć  10min Ć  pied. Cependant le quartier peut ĆŖtre trĆØs animĆ© (concert le soir mĆŖme au mois dā€™octobre dans la rue dā€™Ć  cotĆ©, rĆ©cupĆ©ration des poubelle Ć  verres des restaurant tres tĆ“t le matin). EstĆ” muy bien situado, al lado de una calle cĆ©ntrica y con mucho ambiente. El aparcamiento es horrible... El apartamento estĆ” bien aunq le falta mucha vajilla. Es un sitio de playa y no hay un simple tendedero para las toallas y dentro hay mucha humedad, ademĆ”s q cuando llegamos, lleguĆ© a contar 7 mosquitos dentro del apartamento. Positiv: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben mƶchten wir die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr gut Deutsch sprach und uns bei der Ankunft alles verstƤndlich erklƤrt hat ā€“ das war wirklich hilfreich. Auch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft war ein Pluspunkt: Viele SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten und Restaurants waren fuƟlƤufig erreichbar. Negativ: Leider war unser Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten enttƤuschend. Die Dusche hatte deutlich sichtbaren Schimmel, was den Hygienestandard stark beeintrƤchtigte. Bereits bei der Ankunft war die BettwƤsche fleckig, was ebenfalls keinen guten ersten Eindruck machte. Auch die HandtĆ¼cher waren in schlechtem Zustand ā€“ teils fleckig, mit Lƶchern, und selbst nach dem Anfordern neuer HandtĆ¼cher erhielten wir erneut verschmutzte Exemplare. Die ZimmertĆ¼r machte keinen sicheren Eindruck, was uns nachts ein ungutes GefĆ¼hl gab. Zudem war die Matratze sehr abgenutzt und durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeintrƤchtigte. Obwohl die Lage zentral ist, muss man mit erheblichem LƤrm in der Nacht rechnen ā€“ fĆ¼r lƤrmempfindliche GƤste ist das definitiv ein Nachteil. Fazit: Trotz des freundlichen Personals und der guten Lage kƶnnen wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der hygienischen MƤngel und des schlechten Zustands der Ausstattung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
