Payments and Security Deposit
- If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) is charged based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
- A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be present and in the name of the guest).
- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).
- In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover expenses.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement
- After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).
- Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
