The owner claimed that we had only paid for the room, and it would be an extra 20 euros for cooking facilities, but eventually agreed to switch the gas on when I explained that we had allergies and would not be able to eat otherwise. We were very appreciative of her kindness in this, but would suggest that the listing should be clearer about what is and isn't included in the price shown on Hotels.com."
