"We arrived around 10 pm tired after a day of traveling. We asked the staff, but there was not a drink or snack available - no coffee, tea, drink or cocktail- “the kitchen was shut down and no snacks available.” I had work to do for the next day, and I asked several times, but there was no WIFI. The hotel advertises WIFI, but they do not have it and lacked any concern about inconvenience to guests. Room was clean."
