"The host communicated adequately and the unit was as advertised/pictured so that’s always nice. We only used the master bedroom on the first floor and the bed was comfortable which is very important after a long day of hiking. It would have been nice to have closet or ceiling fan in the master like the upstairs bedrooms had, but there was a portable fan you could plug in so that’s appreciated. The master bedroom had luggage rack and good floor space so plenty of room to spread out our things.The unit could have been a little cleaner… even my husband commented on it and he isn’t as picky as I am so I was surprised he said anything. For example, there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in that couldn’t have been ours. And crumbs in the kitchen on the counter and under toaster (that we didn’t use). I happened to notice when sitting at the table and we opened the curtains and the light hit the counter just right so I wiped it up.All in all, this is our 2nd trip to Moab and we plan to come back again someday, and we’d keep this property on our list of places to evaluate for next time."

"The unit was clean. well equiped and close to the golf course. We were there for a two day golf tournament, the location is great and not far from downtown. I did miss in the initial information that the two bedrooms were upstairs and shared one bathroom. Something to keep in mind when determining the shared space. Initially we planned on 4 people but ended up with just two, so all worked out well. The outside patio is nice for sitting also."

"Everything was fantastic, no complaints. Out of 3 venues, Moab was our 3rd week, and the best City ever. So much to do, shops and restaurants stayed open late (unheard of) We were amazed at the many trailheads, all the tours you can take and do, and the list goes on. The Sunset Grill, with the fabulous views, is a must!! This venue we stayed in, the back porch offered serenity, peace away from everyday news, and a fantastic breeze sitting out there every night. So much to say about our stay, but it was all good. If we had any questions, we had no problem getting in touch with the Host and their reply was swift."
