Beautiful hotel!! The front desk staff, bar and restaurant staff were all amazing, very friendly and very accommodating on all aspects. I highly recommend this hotel, it has the look and feel of a resort.

The hotel is beautiful, especially the atrium! Sitting in the atrium area is like sitting in a lush garden in costa Rica. The breakfast was delicious; the staff was friendly and helpful. WE loved the pool and spa as well.

Loved this hotel- it was clean, had lots of amenities, and our room was very modern and well-decorated. Staff was helpful, welcoming, and kind, and room service was also quick. The only critiques were that we could hear almost everything happening in the hallway (so if you're a light sleeper, this would not be a great hotel for you) and it also felt somewhat frustrating to be charged to park in the very large lot that required a significant walk to the hotel and was not well-lit. Overall, would recommend with those caveats.

The hotel is a great location however it’s in due for a major renovation. I’ve been going there for the last 30 years. Great staff great people at the hotel definitely needs to be updated. They definitely updated lobby etc. don’t expect five stars. Also, they do not have a proper room service so if you order from outside, it takes forever to get sent up but overall great hotel.

The property is very pretty. Unfortunately the greenhouse style ceiling in the lobby was leaking due to heavy rain. The rooms were clean but the bathroom needs some work. Not quite clean enough for my standards. It needs some freshening up. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was ok but the staff seems to need more training to meet the standards of this type of hotel.

Luxury in my backyard. It is beautiful inside this hotel, like a different world. I love that they had a movie theater inside the hotel that was a pleasant surprise and the pool was clean and water was warm. I had a great experience staying here and definitely would go back.
