"The superior room was well appointed and being able to open thw room window....a big plus. Staff were excellent and room service prompt. Parking at the hotel a little pricy but the 3 day bus pass much appreciated. We would stay again. The little convenience atore T the entrance....a lovely spot for speciality items...thank you. "Facing the st Lawrence River and the Park du Guvernors, stones throw to Chateau Frontenac..who could ask for a better location. Lovely room, bright light from windows, a kitchenette and a sofa made our stay very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Complimentary espresso machine, a wine machine, beautiful spa, and nice roof terrace. Easy walks to anything we wanted to do. This is now my favourite place to stay. "
