"The hotel is old and dated . The paint is peeling in the bathroom. The noise from the floor above is soo loud. Just the people walking across the floor and it was creaking so bad I thought they were going to fall through. The auto closing doors were not set properly and slamming shut!"

"The hotel had NO HOT WATER. We checked into the hotel at 5:00 on Saturday 5/23/26 then left to go out to dinner. We returned at 8:00 and noticed there was no hot water. When we called the front desk, we were told “yes I am aware there is no hot water, there’s no hot water in the whole whole hotel.“ Apparently they had been out of hot water since 10: zoo AM. We were not told upon check-in that there was no hot water. When we called at 8:00 at night, we were told we could get a 20% refund or a full refund if we wanted to go and find a hotel elsewhere. It was 8:00 at night and we were unfamiliar with the area. We did not want to pack up and go elsewhere. When we checked out in the morning, there was still no hot water. When asked about a refund or a discount we were told simply that they were making a list of people impacted, which was everyone since the whole hotel had no hot water. The list would be given to the manager and the girl at the front desk suspected that people would be given a full refund. There had been no hot water since 10:00 the day before and yet there was no manager on site attending to this? Looked it up and this is a serious health code violation…. Yet the hotel remained open. They were also continuing to serve breakfast. The biggest issue I have is that the hotel was aware of the problem when we checked in, yet no one told us. Had we been given the option of making the decision when we checked in, we would have gone elsewhere."

"Worst motel I have ever experienced. This place needs to be condemned. I accidentally chose a smoking room. It was dirty and stunk. I had to pay them an additional 38 bucks to get another room. I could have paid for something better. The second room wasn’t that much better. Gross. I went to Walmart to buy a hair dryer and iron they don’t offer. I also bought a blanket so I didn’t have to sleep on the bed sheets. And a can of lisol. I also checked for bedbugs. The hot water only lasted 5 minutes so I had to take very quick showers. Sink water pressure was bad. The door locks not working right the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The whole property stunk of weed. I was worried about my car. Trash everywhere. Landscaping is really bad. The place looks like an old abandoned building ready to be torn down as it should be. I picked this location because it had a list of “excellent” reviews. No freaking way. The reviews must be fake. Nobody in their right mind would give this hell hole an excellent status. No freaking way. Believe me, sleep in a cardboard box you’re better off."
