"This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. The in Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ate the oxtail and the breakfast is fabulous. Two doors away is a place called 11 that we rented bikes from. The property is clean and we had a City View Suite that had plenty of room to spread out and a balcony. The property is clean and has excellent security! We would absolutely stay here again."

"We loved this hotel. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. The staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and really made us feel at home. The rooftop bar has an incredible view and the location is perfect. The food was outstanding both breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Parking was very easy and safe. It was behind a locked gate. The staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and freshly cooked. While we had no kettle or coffee maker in our room, there was an ample supply in the reception area. "
