"I had requests before even making it to the hotel and was late, however staff was excellent and friendly. Accommodated my requests and were so friendly. The room was great and so close to everything: food, stores, gas, mall (about 10/15 minutes away), and nearby attractions/things to do. Heads up please read the sign on the AC/Heating unit. I assumed I knew how to work it and was about to ask to be moved due to it being broken…(it works through the wall unit). Once I read the sign on the front of the unit I felt dumb but also relieved I didn’t have to ask to be moved. I love that they are eco-friendly. They made sure to let me know that the fridge does work they just turn them off until occupancy and the guest can turn on if they need it. I did turn it back off when I left (this is not mandatory), just wanted to do my part. For a lot of families to be there, I did not have to complain about the noise level which was perfect because I was there on business and had a few Zoom meetings. They do offer hot breakfast (mostly eggs, sausage, and potatoes, with make your own waffle mix, bagels, toast, and muffins, with fresh fruit, cereal, and a few other things. I will be returning."

"The Wills Hotel is a historic building that has been very recently completely renovated. Everything is new and thoughtfully designed. It's a delightful place to stay right in the middle of downtown Cumberland!"

"The room was spotless. The whole place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable The staff was helpful and polite. The buffet brealfast was good A wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend."
