"The property is well maintained, clean and centrally located, with friendly staff. It is directly across the road from the water and they have a private area with loungers and umbrellas. Outside the backdoor the tram can easily and cheaply take you very close to old Nice. If you gamble, there are two casinos within a 30 to 40 minute walk. I wouldn't necessarily include their breakfast as there are numerous restaurants, bakeries and cafes within 5-15 minutes on the street in back of the hotel to the right (Californie). There are plenty of dinner options on this same stretch, many open late. We especially liked Casa Lasagna and LA Maganan."

"Love the view. Breakfast good. Service needs serious improvement - maybe a little war torn from the"season", however Fall travelers also deserve a postive upbeat experience. Esepcially because one is isolated in this hotel - meaning taking the car back to EZE or elsewhere although really no big deal - can be something weary travelers don't want to have to do early in the morning or for dinner (especially if you enjoy your cocktails and wine)....making the food, drinks and service vital to a complete stay. Also - get rid of the old fashioned European tubs where clmbing in and out is scarier than driving the Corniches! Add a shower or find a way to lower the tubs and put safety handles - they can be pretty! The proerty hasn't changed in 16 years otherwise except for well done freshening up and it shouldn't! Always a joy to visit Eze!"

"A super clean room and well equipped. It was of a good size on the 2nd floor with balcony and garden and sea views. It is a quiet hotly. All the staff were friendly and helpful with the fromt desk staff being particularly helpful and lovely. The breakfast was poor. The choice was OK but many times were not refreshed. The breakfast room was small and very busy at times"

"Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, staff was attentive, but requests were forgotten a couple of times resulting in multiple calls. AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern."
