The nature loves among you will delight in the abundance of hiking and biking trails found all around the lake, with scenic spots to stop off at and enjoy a snack or a picnic lunch alongside the picturesque scenery. Closer to home, take a thrilling river raft ride down the Truckee where you’ll enjoy leisurely floats with the occasional challenging rapid. A café and restaurant are just next door, or you can head out on a day trip to the nearby cities of Tahoe City, Truckee, or South Lake Tahoe for even more dining options along with shopping and entertainment.
