Perfect Getaway

I brought my niece and nephew for spring break. It was a great location, easy commute to all things Omaha! It was a comfortable, quiet apartment. The owners were thoughtful and offered great ideas for things to do. It was the perfect stay to accommodate our needs.

Awesome accommodations!

My son and I stayed here for a large youth baseball tournament. Our stay couldn't have been better! Very clean and updated. Nice having our own bedrooms. Eric, the host, was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Council Bluffs Stay

Very much enjoyed out 3 day stay in Council Bluffs. The apartment was just as advertised, clean and very nice. Neighborhood was fine, fairly close to downtown restaurants. Overall, it was a great choice for us.

Absolutely gorgeous apt

We came to IA to watch my grandson wrestle over the weekend. This apt was as described and very clean. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. Communication with Eric was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this host and this apt.

Location very nice. Airplanes flying over, and a truckyard right next door, but not noticeable when inside. Quadplex, but did not hear much through the walls or ceiling. Communication with owner was amazing and quick.

Came up for the weekend for the Ice Cream Cruise drag event. Eric was amazing. We needed to add guests at the last minute and he was able to accommodate us with no issues at all! Everything was super clean and worked as it should’ve. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. The host was very friendly and accommodating! This little place is very cute and modern! It is located on a somewhat busy street, and getting out the driveway was hard if you have a low car, other than that it was perfect for the 2 of us! The beds were super comfortable! Drive to Dowtown Omaha was about 10 minutes-pending traffic… Will recommend this place for friends and family!!

Loved our stay

My BFF and I met in Omaha/Council Bluffs for a girls weekend. Eric was easy to communicate with and he allowed us to check in earlier knowing we both had traveled and was anxious to check in and relax for a bit before exploring the area. The apartment was beautifully decorate and had everything we needed to feel right at home and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The neighborhood made us a little nervous but once inside we felt totally comfortable and we didn't experience any problems! We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was so cozy and met every need we had while here. It was fun to cook in the kitchen, the living area was so comfortable and the interior design was so pleasant and uplifting. Lovely place, very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication from.property owner. Would have loved to have coffee though, they only had decaf so we had to purchase our own. Would have liked to have a regular coffee machine instead of a kurig as we travel with our own organic coffee grounds. Other then that, great place overall!

Amazing host and property

Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!

Super clean condo!

We came to the Omaha area to visit the zoo and a few other sites. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back in the near future. We were pleasantly surprised that this condo was close to everything. It's only a few minutes from the zoo and old market area. The neighborhood has a few commercial properties and also an area of historic homes with brick streets just a few blocks away. The inside is exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean when we arrived and provided everything we needed during our stay. Also, Eric was so helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions. Check-in was easy. Overall a great experience!

Beautifully decorated super clean house.

Interior of home was decorated beautifully. Had everything we needed and much more if you wanted to cook. Full size washer and dryer were great. New bed in one room was great. Second bedroom could use a new boxspring and mattress (squeaky and older). Was not aware we would be staying across the street from a trucking warehouse distribution center which was made worse by the fact that there are many refrigerator trucks that run 24 hours and can be heard constantly inside the home. If that does not bother you this is a great house. The truck noise bothered us enough to cut our stay by a day.

Nice Quick Stay

On a stop over night on our way to South Dakota, we stayed here. It was a little hard to find the parking area, but one we did we were fine. I was traveling with my adult son. He didn't tell me until I asked how he slept that he told me there were not sheets on his bed. This wasn't an issue because he likes to sleep on top of the bed. There were pillow cases. I did have to ask what the check out procedures were given we couldn't find them anywhere. There was a quick response and it was easy to do. The decor was nice, and everything was clean. It could be loud where it was located, but the bedroooms were at the back of the house with fans to help provide white noise.
