Not a real kitchenette. Microwave the size of a toaster. Refrigerator can hold few small bottles or cans. Couldn't find a safe as listed. Few broken items, like flap on P-tac unit (ac) drawer in kitchenette, toilet paper holder, loose towel holders. Room seemed clean upon arrival, but definitely needed a good cleaning under beads . Swiming pool liner was kind of slimy and water smelled more like sewage. Buffet breakfast was ok. Guests, questionable specimens. Staff, friendly. Hotel must be made with cardboard and aluminum. You can hear people walking and talking. Doors closing so loud you fell like some kind of testing site for military. Overall, ok, and only ok.

The bathroom tub faucet did not work properly as the water did not all go to shower head half was still coming out of faucet so low pressure. Informed front desk wjo told me i could not change rooms due to booking with a 3rd party. I asked then if an accomodation could be made of some sort amd they said they would habe to text their manager. They got back to me the next am to say we could change rooms but we had already left for our day long basketball tournament so thia was not convenient once back in evening to change rooms so we declined. The tub drain plug also would not stay up sp we showered in an inch of our bathing water. Dissapointed. Food was not superb either. So sorry:(

Everything was geat but no hot water in room 401. We had to turn on the tub and wait 20 to30 minites for the hat water to get to the top floor. It was a pain in the butt to just wash your hands.

I think you should add microwave popcorn or some type of popcorn to your snack bar by the front desk. The reason I marked comfort lower was because usually when I have stayed at a Hampton, I loved the bed and pillows and this was not as good. However, overall I was happy with the room and service and would stay there again.
