The parking lot has to be paid for and it is very small, the children could not play in the Arcade because there were no coins to change and when they asked at the reception they could not help me, in the room the shower water came out all over the bathroom because the swallow was a little dense, the pool area seats are few and many were broken the water very cold. Very good breakfast buffet.

The pool water was cold. There was so much hard water on the splash bed area that the water wasn’t even coming out of the spouts. It was dirty. Disgusting the slide. It hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed and that’s not a waterpark. It’s one slide the pool water was cloudy and disgusting. The rooms were disgusting. There was mold on the outside of the bathtub.

The Water Park was Dirty, No Towels and the floors didn't drain, Granddaughter took a nice fall on you head. Ice Machines didn't work on many floors. Road Noise at night was heard like the windows were opened...Won't return.

Very loud in water area. Water in the little kids area was cold. Workers were very blunt with there no answers. With the amount that we paid parking and breakfast should’ve been included. We wanted two kings but we had two adults and 4 little kids and a baby. They would not let us get one room so we veer forced to get 2. We only used one room for one night as we got fed up and left and went to stay at the Embassy Suites.

Game room was a hit n miss, either took your money and didn't get to play or didn't take change except here and there, or they just didn't work. Food at Burger Theory was awful. Orange leaf was great. The Water park was the absolute best part of the stay. Staff and room workers were great.

The waterpark is why we choice this property. It was fun for littles but would not be as fun if your kids are older, like teens. There is a pool and large hot tub as well that the older kids may like.
