Perfect

Wow! What a place! The hotel is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The views are great. The 1st and 2nd floors are business I think, with a grocery store on the end. The parking is easy and in front. Everyone was very nice. Its a 10 minute walk to town along the waterway. I will stay here again!!!

Hôtel situé au 3ème étage d'un bâtiment. Chambre très correcte . Petit déjeuner sur place mais pour tout le reste, il faut se rendre à Omis. La plage à proximité de l'hotel n'est pas hyper propre et il faut traverser un camping pour y acceder.

Great room in good hotel

A bit of an unusual setup for a hotel as it is based on the third floor of a shopping centre (only a small supermarket and a couple of shops). However, the room was very comfortable and we had a large balcony with a sea view. The decor is a bit unusual with a grey and purple theme throughout the common spaces which wouldn't necessarily be a modern UK style but everything is clean and tidy so we had no complaints. Breakfast is good by Croatian standards bearing in mind that there are only 14 rooms in total. Location is good with free parking and about a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Hotel en Omis, ideal para diferentes excursiones

Hotel ubicado en un centro comercial en Omis. Lo utilizamos como base para algunas excursiones (cañón del río, algunas islas, etc). Trato del personal excelente. Está a unos 10-15 minutos del centro de la población caminando, donde hay restaurantes. Habitación muy cómoda, bien equipada y limpia. Desayuno justo.

호텔 앞에는 휑하지만 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔

베드도 편안 욕실에 욕조도 좋았어요 위치는 좀 애매한듯 중심가에서 좀 벗어난 느낌 시내로 가려면 운전해서 가거나 걸어서 20분은 걸릴 듯 조식도 좋았어요

Point faible : pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel Point fort : 3 min de la plage et à 12min du centre a pied (plus rapide quand voiture car toujours des bouchons dans omis)

Wish we had stayed 2 nights

The location was just perfect for us, right next door is a local supermarket so we get a few supplies there and actually had dinner on our balcony, salad and cold cuts. A beach right across the way but we walked 10 mins to a quieter beach on the receptionist's recommendation. Our room was really spacious and had a separate couch area with a tv. Air conditioning was excellent.

Overall a very nice experience, couldn't find access to the nearest beach but the one on the other side of the river was very nice and only a short walk

La première nuit nous avions une chambre très très bruyante (numéro 14) à côté de la ventilation du supermarché du riez de chaussée de l'immeuble. Il y a un bruit constant très très fort et dérangeant. Comme l'hôtel était plein nous avons du y dormir le 1er soir, le lendemain heureusement, nous avons eu une autre chambre. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles notamment avec du café en poudre !

Dans une zone, pas de vue particulière mais tres confortable, parking gratuit. Mer à 3 min à pied. Balcon et chambre très spacieuse. Personnel agréable. Parfait pour un séjour professionnel ou si vous êtes de passage

meravigliosa dalmazia

vacanza piacevolissima: spiagge grandi di sabbia, ottimo cibo, escursioni bellissime alle isole di Brac e Hvar, Dubrovnik fantastica, il giro in barca sul fiume Cetina che divide in due Omis e forma un bel canjon. E'poco dire che sono luoghi fantastici con panorami mozzafiato. Da provare

Schönes Hotel mit "Abstrichen"

Wir haben im Diadem 2 Wochen Urlaub im Juni 2016 verbracht. Gebucht haben wir eine Suite mit Meeresblick. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Es gibt großzügige, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Klimaanlage, ein großzügiges Bad mit Whirlpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, mit Rührei oder Spiegelei, verschiedenen Wurst- und Käsesorten, Obst, Tomate Mozarella, Marmelade, Nutella, Müsli, Joghurt, Butter, Brötchen und Brot usw. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Kritikpunkte: -Der Seeblick wird von einer im Bau befindlichen Turnhalle eingeschränkt -Dadurch derzeit Baulärm ab 7 Uhr (bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch zu ertragen) -Die Dusche wurde von einem echten Profi eingebaut, welcher dort nie geduscht hat (sie ist an der schrägen Seite des Whirlpools befestigt, sodass ein direktes Drunterstehen kaum möglich ist) -keine Abwechslung beim Frühstücksbuffet -Bodenreinigung findet nicht jeden Tag statt ( nach Strandbesuch kann sich jeder Vorstellen, was noch so an feinem Sand aus den Sachen fällt)

Jättefint hotell, fina rum, sköna sängar, bra standard, härlig balkong, bra frukost, bra läge med en ganska stor affär på bottenvåningen. Promenadavstånd till centrum och stranden.
