Fantastic place to stay

What a great hotel. Large car park. Lovelly staff. The room was very big the bathroom excellent with bath and shower. The bed was brilliant as were the pillows. Wi Fi was great. The lift was very useful.

Great experience

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel (with family). The room was spacious and clean, and the service was family-oriented and friendly. We had a small issue with the booking but it was resolved in a very forthcoming and friendly manner leaving us also very satisfied. Breakfast in the restaurant was also really excellent! Can recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is nearby the treinstation and nature. Has a nice restaurant with good food. The staff is very friendly. But the hotelroom needs to be renovated, at least room 106: Black Mold in the bathroom, hole in the door, stains all over the walls, one Light source with a dimmer that does not work. Ok boende nära tågstation och kort äg till centrum. Personalen verkade prata dålig engelska och därför fuck vi ingen eller dålig information. Restaurangen var stängd flera kvällar i veckan. Spa hade inga produkter. Duscharna i bastuavdelningen var dåliga. Bubbelbad och simbassäng var ok. Mögel i klädskåp och svart smuts under kanten av toalettstolen i rummet annars var rummet ok. Enkel frukost.

Comfortabele kamer

Comfortabel en net hotel, prima kamer, Toek ik om 14:00 binnenkwam werd ik vrij bits 'weggestuurd' omdat ik pas van 15:00 kon inchecken. Jammer dat er zo weinig stopcontacten waren. Eén maar voor het bedlampje, het koffiezetapparaat en hetgeen ik wilde opladen. Ook bijzonder dat het raam van mijn slaapkamer uitkwam op het balkon van een andere kamer, een wit, lichtdoorlatend rolgordijntje had meer privacy geboden met toch daglicht in de kamer. Verden een comfortabele kamer in goede staat van onderhoud.

Hotel kan wel onderhouds beurt gebruiken. We kwamen op een vrijdag aan,er was 1 personeelslid. Ik vond het voor het meisje sneu,ze deed echt heel erg haar best. Bedden waren erg goed,prima geslapen.

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was niet correct. Geel water uit het bad, het putje uit het bad zat vast dus water kon er niet uitlopen. De hele badkamer/douche was schimmel. Overal op de kamer vlekken en schade op de muren. De hal was smerig met pluisjes en vuil. De receptie was een mini hokje aan het restaurant vast. Geen vriendelijk personeel, we kregen een brief mee waar alle info op stond en dat was alle communicatie. Ontbijt zeer karig voor 18 euro pp. Al met al gaan wij niet meer terug naar dit hotel en bevelen het ook zeker niet aan anderen aan.

Lekker slapen en eten

Een tweede overnachting in dit hotel in een periode van zes maanden. Prima hotel en het eten in het restaurant Vonk was ook niet te versmaden.
