"Property had tons of potential but was pretty outdated. It was clean enough but there were some wires from the walls and it just was in a bit of disrepair. The staff was lovely but they were very understaffed. "

"We booked in Aug 2025, and when we checked in 9pm and the front desk told us there’s no room. The booking we had previous week had no problem. My 14 year old who worked 10hours at the tennis garden as a ball boy has to drive 2 hours back home at night, because all the hotel were sold out during the Tourament. It’s almost clear that the hotel most likely give our booked room to people who paid higher price that day! Horrible experience! Do not trust this hotel and avoid it any means! "

"We were a group of 6 couples and this was a perfect property for us. Each bedroom seemed private and the pool was the favorite gathering space It sits on a beautiful piece of property that seems secluded but is a 9 minute walk from Trader Joe’s. We could also walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (25 minutes). Owner was incredibly responsive and answered all of our concerns immediately. "
