"This is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience did not match the setting. There was trash left around the property throughout our stay, which was disappointing—especially since most of it appeared to be left by adult guests. Even more concerning, it was not cleaned up as frequently as it should have been. We also had an issue with billing. After reserving a cabana, we noticed our card had been overcharged by $240. While the manager said the amount would be refunded, the explanation for the charge was unclear and did not inspire confidence. We are still waiting to resolve this with management. Overall, due to the cleanliness concerns and billing issues, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this resort at this time."

"Nice location and property. However sheets are scratchy and threadbare. For the level of property the sheets are not the place to cut corners. Bring your own or anticipate restless nights. "

Each bedroom seemed private and the pool was the favorite gathering space It sits on a beautiful piece of property that seems secluded but is a 9 minute walk from Trader Joe’s. We could also walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (25 minutes). Owner was incredibly responsive and answered all of our concerns immediately. "
