"not impressed, there was no service or clean up at the pool. had to clear out the prior peoples food and drink myself in order to use a daybed. not a 4 star luxury resort, would give it 3 starts at best, "

"Very clean and the bed and bed linens were very nice. View of the lake is wonderful from all sides, and very refreshing. Our room didn't have a tub or microwave, but I believe they have those in the upgrade room options. Front desk doesn't always seem to be available, but the staff is very pleasant. Has an upscale feel. "

"when we arrived at 100 in the after we asked if we could checkin early they said room was not ready so we showed up at 400 pm checkin time I asked for a phone call no phone call to lets us knowwhen are room was ready as we were walking to our room they had rooms on the bottom floor with venders selling merchandise to I have no clue to me this was very unprofessional I was wondering what kind of place we checked into the room was ok the hotel was out dated aaaa there was a basket in the bathroom with no soap or anything in it no shampoo in the room no soap lucky we brought are own I would not stay here again very disappointed"

"This was the perfect spot for our 2026 spring break trip. There was more than enough room for my entire family of 8. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub & pool table. We enjoyed watching movies on the enormous TV in the main living room & bonus room. I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years & Karen's communication is unmatched by any host! She was absolutely fantastic & extremely prompt to answering any questions I had. Thanks Karen! We will book again."
