"Had a great stat at Osprey Nest. House was perfect for our family and college reunion gatherings. Had plenty of room for 25 guests and there was a lot to do - loved taking the golf cart down to the beach and evenings by the fire pit. Brian was very responsive to our questions and would definitley stay here again"

"IdleHurst is a great place for hosting a big family over the week, five minute walk to the beach,five minutes to the playground. Everyone enjoyed it immensely,Pool table downstairs, Was a great break after the kids went to bed. We had a great time. Plenty of room and parking for 14.Outstanding Place really enjoyed it.Will definitely be going back!"

"The house was perfect for our family of eight. The grandparents were able to stay in the downstairs bedroom within an attached bathroom. Each of our children were able to have their own rooms in the double and bunk rooms. The location was great very close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. You could walk right down the street to a private beach. I would recommend that if you would like to cook in the home that you check with the owner first about kitchen gear. We were not able to find a baking sheet or dish towel towels. We also brought a large pot for cooking corn and lobster. The outdoor shower was a nice touch to rinse off after the beach plenty of parking in the lot for cars."

"Communication with the host was excellent. We arrived after hours and could not get in. Host answered my call right away and got us in quickly. Kayaks were a nice perk. We took them out for a lovely morning on the water."

"Incredible vacation spot! The house was perfect for our 2 families with kids. We all were so comfortable in the 5 bedrooms. The kitchen was beautiful with everything you could need and looked recently renovated. Sitting on the screened in porch after the kids went to bed was amazing. We loved swimming right in front of the house at high tide. It is the most perfect location in Onset. You can walk out the front door for a swim or go on a paddle board. It is an easy walk to town for food, coffee, or a summer concert. We definitely would like to return! Communication with the host was so easy and prompt. 5/5 stars!"

"The house was beautiful and the view was magnificent. We were able to view fireworks right from the back decks. Plenty of room for adults and young kids to spread out. The host was very responsive when we ran into some problems with mechanicals. The 2nd floor AC had some issues as did the hot tub. Being 4th of July caused glitches in getting repairs/replacements. If those issues hadn't occurred it definitely would have been a 5 star"
