Gather used towels: Please fold and put all dirty towels, wash cloth on the floor together with the bathmat.
Throw trash away: Please tie garbage bags. Take out all trash to the green trash bin "Ecotech" on the sidewalk leftside (outside) the property.
Turn things off: Please turn off the A/C, all lights and electrical appliances before leaving the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the House for the whole day or when not in use.
It is NOT allowed to throw any party in the house. Please respect the residential neighborhood and keep noises, music to a minimum during quiet hours.
Please do not leave any food items outside the fridge and/or waste laying around. Please litter your garbage bag daily in the green bin outside.
