"This was the cutest little cottage, shared on the property with the owners house - totally separate and they were so so lovely and totally gave us our space. In the fields we saw sheep, cattle and even deer near the forest. We came inside and had a beautiful combustion log fire. The cabin was warm and snug in no time. Big comfy bed. Cooked a yummy roast (bought from Christchurch before we headed to the cottage). Owners supplied breakfast with fresh eggs and bread for toast. Yum. Absolutely loved our stay. Hint, best to bring your dinner & drinks as once you are there, you don’t want to leave and not a lot in the closest town."

"Beautiful location, great quiet spot to unwind and relax. Stunning outlooks and rural overview - wonderful!Over all was a well presented well equiped space. It was a little let down with finding old rubbish in bins and old food in the fridge (previous people). Also no dishwashing liquid (only an empty container) and no tea towels.I can see why so many people live this space. Would certainly come back again."
