The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to a loggia. One room offers a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a private shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to a patio. There is also a bath/WC on this level. The upper floor has one room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and an exit to a terrace.
