Located on the East border of Zion National Park, this 3,890 square foot home is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. Explore Zion National Park hikes that start right from the resort property, with several of the most iconic hikes within a 15 minute drive. Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and more.

Our expansive home is perfectly appointed for multiple families or groups up to 14 people. We've thought of everything so you don't have to! We pride ourselves on making this your home away from home, ensuring it is sparkling clean and well-supplied with everything you will need on your vacation.

There are 6 generously sized private bedrooms - 4 king rooms, each with their own television and connected bathroom, and 2 large double queen rooms that share the largest bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We also have 2 rollaway twin beds stored under queen beds that can be easily utilized, and additionally 2 queen sized sofa pullouts in the upstairs living room.

Our guests love the open floor plan that guarantees space for everyone to gather and relax! The home includes 2 large family rooms with comfortable couches and large televisions with excellent sound systems. The open concept kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. There is every appliance you have at home, multiple sets of pots and pans, and baking equipment. There are 2 refrigerators for extra supplies, and a whole house water filtration system with Reverse Osmosis for drinking water. You'll have everything you need to cook for a large group!

Venture out back to the covered outdoor patio for gourmet grilling and dining with your friends and family. Relax on patio furniture in the lounge area and enjoy the propane fire pit! It also has large dining tables that can accommodate the entire group. We have a brand new BBQ grill and supply extra propane tanks, too.

Our private hot tub is perfect for relaxing and admiring the amazing night skies after a long day of exploration and adventure! The home is located on a 1 acre lot with beautiful trees, and local wildlife including deer and turkeys frequent the backyard.

We are located within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Daily resort access - price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

*Price for this house is based on a 10 person stay. There is an additional $10 per person over 10 guest per night fee.

Family Trip to Zion

This house was great. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. They have everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The house is very convenient to the East Gate of Zion. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property! We had eleven family members staying at this property and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped with any type of utensil you would need. Great outdoor space out back to enjoy with friends and family. We would recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous & functional for everything we needed & wanted!!

Our son just got married to a beautiful girl from Cancun. After the wedding we enjoyed a combined family trip to give our Cancun friends, now family, a Southern Utah adventure. This home was the perfect place to hang out together between all our adventures in Zion Park and surrounding areas. It is spacious and beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements with private bathrooms for all the bedrooms.

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

This home with well stocked without any clutter. Absolutely gorgeous home and perfectly placed with tons to see and do. Our family hiked Angel’s landing, explored Bryce Canyon, walked Buckskin Gulch and went snow skiing, rode horses etc all with very short and scenic drives. Perfect home for the active explorer or anyone looking for a relaxing get-a-way. The kids loved the ping pong table and everyone took some time to soak in the hot tub. The managers were so kind and helpful!

East Zion retreat

This house was the absolute perfect location to explore Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon! Everything we needed and wanted was inside the home. Plenty of rooms, beds, and space for our two large families to share. Truly the perfect retreat after a fun day of exploring slot canyons or the parks. Kris and Logan were beyond accommodating. I would love to return back to this home!!!!

Amazing House - a MUST stay!

This was the perfect stay for our visit to Zion National Park and was a quick 15-20 min beautiful drive to the East Entrance of the park. The house was comfortable for 2 couples and 10 kids (and could easily have held more people). We came there exhausted after 3 days hiking in Arches and we spent out first day just relaxing and enjoying the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax while the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, games, and playing in the snow outside. The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could need, the beds and couches were comfortable, and the hot tub was especially nice after a long day of hiking. The hosts were quick to respond to a small issue we had and were so nice and helpful, we highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Zion

Five couples spent the week together and loved the house. Plenty of space to gather as a group or to find some alone time. Well- stocked kitchen. Easy access to Zion and Bryce National Park plus several great hikes outside the park—the Many Pools trail suggested by our host and the East Mesa Trail to Observation Point. We ate outdoors every night. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed by the management. We would highly recommended this home.

Perfect House for Large Group

The house was exactly as advertised - big, spacious, clean and fully appointed and supplied. We used the hot tub most nights for both relaxing and star gazing. The resort access was also a nice option to have if you needed more activities than Zion, Bryce and the other surrounding parks. Don't miss doing the Observation Point hike that can be accessed from near the resort - it is a better view of Zion than from Angel's Landing! Kraig and Logan were perfect hosts with great suggestions on restaurants and activities and the perfect balance of attention versus privacy. Thanks for a great week!

Just Book it!!

This place has everything for your group! 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (read description in listing) felt like two homes! The backyard was spacious and offered some nice wildlife (deers and Turkeys). The place is 30/40 minutes from South entrance and 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon. We got groceries in St.George (Walmart and Costco) and in 1.5 hours we were at the cabin. The communication was spot on- My phone was not working and my wife was able to coordinate quickly to get us in (no internet until you connect to the cabin WiFi). We would definitely rent this place again!

Roadies 1st trip

Everything was how it was advertised. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The privacy of the community is great. This was an almost last minute booking as well. I had been leisurely viewing other locations, but didn’t pull the trigger. Then I came across this one. Given that this was our first major trip with our sons, which included their significant others. We wanted to make this trip a test run for potential future trips. Everything worked out beautifully. It does help when you have such a spacious beautiful home that everyone can have their quiet time if needed. We would definitely book again. I appreciated that the host took my call right away. Haven’t had that in the past with other hosts. Always left a message. It was quite helpful since we needed access to the community.

Amazing house, incredible hosts

This house was really beautiful, incredibly well-equipped, and the hosts were absolutely amazing! Truly the best experience I've had with a VRBO. The neighborhood is close to the east enterance to Zion, which is especially good if you are wanting to do Bryce Canyon as well as Zion. We did have a significant snow... okay, when you're from Tennessee, 8" is a TON of snow. Luckily, the hosts are incredible and came by to clear the driveway on a couple different occaisions. Just a quick text and they we Johnny on the spot. They also had provided a traunch of helpful information about hikes, restaurants, shopping, and more, in advance of our trip, which was incredibly helpful in planning. The house was actually bigger and nicer than i expected. The pictures look nice, but a lot of VRBOs look nice and big in pictures, then you get there, and not so much. This house is very nice and very big. Would easily do 3 families of 4, and probably more.I could go on, but you get it. The house is awesome. The hosts are incredible. The neighborhood has amenities. The location works especially well for those doing Zion and Bryce (which i highly recommend). Book it. Book it now!

Flawless stay in a beautiful home!

We had very high expectations for our stay and it did not disappoint! What an incredible home with incredible owners! They were responsive and quite accommodating. We were blown away with the quality of the amenities in the home along with the extras (towels, blankets, cookware and utensils, grill, etc...). We have stayed at many rental homes over the past few years and this one was by far the best overall experience we've experienced. All 14 in our party felt the same way. We took advantage of the location and tried out the new pond area (which was very well maintained), took the short/bumpy 10 minute drive to the Observation Point Trailhead and had the most incredible view over Zion Canyon, drove 30 minutes to the Pink Coral Sand dunes where most of us tried the sand sleds, drove up to see Bryce Canyon, ate an above average lunch at the Ponderosa Ranch cafe, and loved the coffee at the cafe in the mornings. We even had a beautiful deer greet us in the driveway a couple times.We absolutely loved the blend of privacy and togetherness that the house allowed for our blended family. If we come back to Southern Utah, we will definitely look to come back here.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 11. We enjoyed the nearby activities with a hot tub to relax in afterwards. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The corn hole game was a fun activity for all ages. The managers of the property were absolutely wonderful.
