The idyllic and quiet, directly on the sea holiday home with a large well-tended garden and only 2 apartments located in the surfing paradise known as the picturesque bathing and holiday resort "Viganj" on the south side of the subtropical flourishing peninsula Peljesac, just a few miles west of Orebic ,
The neat little property offers in addition to the well-tended garden with lawn and an outdoor shower and a storage space for surfboards and other water sports equipment. The garden is extremely well maintained and planted with various beautiful palm trees. In the back lot there is a small vegetable garden. Directly at the house is a small pebble beach and a small sheltered boat dock.
On the ground floor of the house is a modern apartment for max. 4 persons with 1 separate bedroom, a living room with adjoining kitchenette, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet and a large covered south-facing terrace with garden cover and sea view. On the upper floor, which is reached via a separate external staircase, is the larger apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room, separate kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful south-facing terrace with magnificent garden and sea views. Both apartments are air-conditioned, local TV, dishwasher, washing machine and free Wi-Fi internet access. In addition, sunbeds are available for the terrace and the beach.
A barbecue is located in the garden and can be used by arrangement. Both apartments are available all year round. The arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Pets are not allowed. The friendly landlords will welcome you on arrival. In addition to Croatian, English is spoken.
Suitable destinations are the villages "Orebic" and especially the medieval "Korcula", as can be reached by ferry in 20min. Among the beauties of the peninsula "Peljesac" are the many idyllic bathing beaches and bays as well as the mountainous and lush green inland with fertile soils. The largest winegrowing region of Dalmatia with excellent wines like PLAVAC and DINGAC come from here.
