Professional staff that makes the hotel stay easy and welcoming. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast selections. The hotel has also an Italian restaurant and a pub that provides great dining options.

Fake advertising

The hotel advertises having a swimming pool open from 8-22 in addition to a spa, which is why we had chosen this hotel. Not true, there is no pool. We tried to contact the hotel, to no avail—deceptive and deplorable service.

Okej rum och personalen i receptionen trevlig. Jättedåligt utbud för glutenfri kost vid frukost. Var väldigt högljutt från gatan, skrek fulla tonåringar från kareoke baren till strax efter 2 men det kan man inte klandra hotellet för. Helt okej vistelse men ingen wow upplevelse.

Bra hotell men dåligt ljudisolering mot gatan

Hotellet var rent, mycket sköna sängar. Vi var på spa på hotellet och det var mycket trevligt. Frukosten var helt okej. Det enda negativa var ljudisoleringen mot gatan. Det var fest utanför hela natten. Spelades hög musik osv vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Vi rekommenderar att be om ett rum som vetter åt andra hållet.

OMG!

Rummet var mörkt och badrummet helt ostädat med smutsig toa och handfat och använda handdukar. Fick ett ersättningsrum som var ljusare men stopp i avloppet som ändå åtgärdades. Hotellet renoveras men borde stängas under tiden. Sliten foajé. Konstig grej var att inget av rummens telefoner till receptionen fungerade pga inga sladdar fanns. Frukosten var bra. Billigt pris men knappt bättre än B&B.

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående när det visade sig att jag hade bokat fel sorts rum. Rummet var dock otroligt varmt, så vi hade svårt att sova.

Borde informeras om att det pågår ombyggnationer av både hotellet och gatorna så när man åker bil med GPS så man kommer inte fram utan man får krångla sig fram på alternativt sätt till hotellet.

Knappt en ok upplevelse. Personalen i receptionen var "otillmöteskommande", rent av otrevliga. Inget större fel på rummet, förutom att toalettsitsen satt löst och det inte fanns fog kvar mellan plattorna i duschgolvet. Frukosten var ok, jämfört med andra hotell. Serveringsersonalen hade utmaningar med att ta bort all disk från borden, trots ett lågt antal gäster, vilket gjorde det svårt att hitta ett rent bord. Kallt och opersonlig inredning. Väldigt trevlig städpersonal!

Finns förbättringspotential.

Hotellet fyllde sin funktion som en plats att sova på. Men känslan var att det var nedgånget och slitet. Med en gång innanför dörren möts man av en luggsliten matta i trappan upp mot receptionen. Senare i korridoren mot rummet känns det som tiden stått stilla sedan sista renoveringen nångång i början av 70-talet. Likaså inne på rummet, gammalt och slitet.
