It was not elaborate or high-end, but clean and very comfortable. They had thought of all of a guest's basic needs, including laundry facilities, laundry detergent, and iron/ironing board. Kudos to the excellent staff! I enjoyed it.

Very pleasant stay overall. All four rooms were occupied, all sharing one bathroom, but no problems. Patio door to back yard should be marked “no exit.”

This is a very affordable situation, as long as you don't mind sharing a bath with strangers. Several different people were there during the 4 days I stayed and all were very nice. It was VERY clean and every time anyone left, a cleaning crew came in immediately to reclean. You can lock your own bedroom. It's simply furnished, but nice. Location is great for anything at BYU. It's not plush, but I was looking for VERY affordable and totally clean and adequate. I'd use it again.

The property was in good repair, neat and clean. Getting inside was very difficult. The only phone number we received was the phone number to Expedia, not to the owners. It took quite a while to get inside after a nearly 3 hour trip. The ad stated that there was food in the fridge. No there wasn't. We ate out. Disappointing.

Family living there were very noisy and would bang in the bathroom door while you were using it, yet they had like 5+ people with them constantly using the bathroom. Very frustrating and confusing as to why they live there. Definitely not comfortable & the people were weird asf.

Once I got in, it was pretty good. You need to tap the dead bolt to make numbers appear on a keypad, but in the dark, I could not tell that there was a keypad & had to call the managers in the middle of the night. Even knowing there was a keypad & I would tap it to get the keypad to light up, it was extremely difficult to see the numbers & I had to guess which number I was pressing... The kitchen furnishings were pretty sparse when it came to pots, pans, utensils, no salt or pepper.... but all in all, it was a nice house. The TV worked through the internet, but there were not instructions (maybe they would have shown up if I had turned the TV on though)

Nice home with plenty of room -- large living room and kitchen unused. There were extremely limited options for breakfast. Only one kind of cold cereal and only enough for one person before it was gone. Plenty of oatmeal but nothing to sweeten it with except the hot chocolate. Only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms (possible 8 people) can be a problem. Not for me this time but has been at other B&B previously. Might consider second toilet downstairs in conjunction with nice washer/dryer facility.

I didn't receive the text from the manager until after we had attempted to access our accommodations at the property. I received the text at 5:40 PM after we discovered we were locked out at 4 PM. My cell service caused the delay. It would have been better if the text was sent to me the previous day to allow for this delay. Therefore, we made other arrangements and did not stay at this property. As a result, of this circumstance, I formally request a refund. Thank you.
