Problème de réglement en double !

Ma réservation Hotels.com n'est pas parvenue au Novotel d'orgeval et ce dernier m'a demandé de regler une seconde fois la chambre. Lé réservation étaient pourtant bien enregistrée sur le site. L'hotel et le SAV de Hotels.com devaient revenir vers moi et 2 semaines après, pas de nouvelles !

des retrouvailles aprés 50 ans

un sejour de 2 nuits plus que parfait. Des chambres confortables, propres et une jolie salle de bain. Un service plus que parfait. De plus prendre son café ou un raffraichissement a proximité de la piscine est une excellente détente. Rt le café est excellent. 10 sur 10 pour cet établissement

Hotel très vieillot

Tout est très vieillot . Baignoire sans bouchon donc impossible à utiliser. Moquette salle, peinture écaillée sur les bas de murs et portes dans la salle de bain . oreillers tres mauvaise qualité, pleins de morceaux dans les oreillers. literie ok, frigo vide . Personnel ok - espace ok de la chambre , mais cet hôtel ne correspond absolument aux nombres d'étoiles annoncées.

Chambre avec moquette degueulasse

Je vais toujours dans cette hôtel mais franchement payer plus de 100€ la nuit pour avoir une chambre avec de la moquette immonde pleine de tache c’est vraiment très limite, j’ai même eu les autres fois une baignoire abîmé ou la tuyauterie pendait , c’est lamentable il est temps qu’il fasse quelque chose

Juste une nuit sur place pour une cérémonie. Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, obligé s’ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur. Pas de Télécommande pour la télévision.

Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles

A l'occasion d'un séjour de 3 nuitées nous avons été placés pas très loin d'un ascenseur au dessus des escaliers et en dessous d'une chambre bruyante . Avions pris une chambre avec baignoire pour profiter d'un bain mais pas de bonde de fond pour retenir l'eau :) . La moquette est brulée par endroit par des cigarettes probablement . Au bilan ,une nuit calme sur 3. Points positifs :Accès et parking pratique , télévision de qualité Le petit déjeuner et son personnel est très bien.

Un hôtel très bien placé , personnel aimable et professionnel, seul bémol , des clients très très bruyants au restaurant , notre chambre était à proximité, et cela a duré très très tard après minuit .. . et personne n est venu leur demander de faire moins de bruit !!! après de la route et avant un rdv professionnel important.., nous aurions aimé passer une nuit complète..

Les chambres quadruples semblent être des chambres doubles dans lesquelles un canapé lit est ouvert, je serais prête à payer un peu plus pour un peu plus d'espace. Les toilettes séparées sont appréciables. Nous avons pu utiliser la piscine c'est un plus. On n'entend pas l'autoroute (de la chambre attribuée).
