La Recacha Órgiva by Ruralidays

Villa situated in Órgiva, in the region of Alpujarra Granadina, in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia.

This picturesque holiday home is situated in a 1000m2-wide fenced plot and it is decorated with the most authentic rural style you would ever imagine. The sense of intimacy and tranquillity you will experience in this small, but rich-in-atmosphere villa will make you want to spend here your whole holiday.

In this one-floor holiday home, you will have at your disposal two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, all of which are equipped with hot/warm air-con. Moreover, you will find a big bathroom with shower and a perfectly-equipped kitchen open to the vast living room provided with a fireplace.

In the outside area, there are two terraces, one in the main entrance, and the other in the backside door, in addition to a 7 meter-long fenced swimming pool, a petanque court, barbecue and private parking.

Great villa, warm welcome. Villa was clean and well serviced. Pool was a good size and very clean. Town only a few minutes away, but was far enough away to have a rural feel. Would happily return and would recommend to others

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend und einem schönen Dorf. Ein gepflegtes Haus, ein schöner Garten und ein Swimmingpool, den Paco regelmäßig aufräumte. Zuerst eine WhatsApp-Nachricht hinterlassen, ob er kommen könnte. Die Privatsphäre wurde voll respektiert. Im Ort ein paar gute Supermärkte, und das war auch nötig, denn außer ein paar Pizzerien und Halal-Restaurants gab es nicht viele Restaurants.

Wir hatten einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt in dieser gepflegten, sauberen, schönen Unterkunft. Haus, Terrasse, Pool, Garten und Carport ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen und sie zeigten sich sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Grünen und ruhig am Ortsrand von Orgiva. Zufuß kann man alles sehr gut im Ort erreichen, so ist die Lage ideal. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen ins schöne Alpujarras.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und aus jedem Blickwinkel konnten wir die Berge sehen. Der Pool ist so schön und an heißen Nachmittagen so willkommen. Es fühlte sich sehr privat an und wenn wir Paco kontaktieren mussten, konnten wir dies per SMS tun.

Wir waren 1 Woche im September und es war ein außergewöhnlicher Ort zum Entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam auf alle Bedürfnisse. Eine ruhige Gegend, weit genug von der Stadt entfernt, um keinen Lärm zu haben, aber gleichzeitig ganz in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß), um alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen zu haben: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Gesundheitszentrum, Restaurants ... Ohne Zweifel a Platz zu wiederholen.

Die Stadt ist sehr gut gelegen, mit Zugang zu allem, was Sie brauchen und mit einer einzigartigen Enklave, um sich zu bewegen und wundervolle Orte zu entdecken. Das schöne Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig, wunderschöne Gärten, ein Schwimmbad, das uns viel Spiel gegeben hat, charmante Gastgeber, immer für alle Angelegenheiten / Zweifel erreichbar. Wir genießen absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe und als i-Tüpfelchen den Besuch und die tägliche Verwöhnung von "Boy", der Katze der Besitzer, die ein echtes Stofftier ist.

Unsere Erfahrung war fantastisch, es hat nichts mit Hotels zu tun, die meistens ein Zimmer haben und oft ohne Balkon je nach Bedarf natürlich gibt es auch charmante Hotels, was ich meine ist, dass es nicht dasselbe ist, zu gehen der Balkon als mit Raum in ein Land zu gehen, den Pool und die Dusche ein Wunder die ganze Villa selbst ist, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, kurz gesagt Sie haben , was Sie brauchen Sie nicht fragen mehr wir sehr zufrieden verlassen wir kommen wieder ohne zu blinken.

Wat een vondst! Het huisje ligt aan de rand van het dorp, wat rust en ruimte geeft maar tegelijk zij

Wat een vondst! Het huisje ligt aan de rand van het dorp, wat rust en ruimte geeft maar tegelijk zijn alle voorzieningen op loopafstand aanwezig. Het huisje is heel volledig uitgerust, in de keuken is alles voorhanden, er is een bbq met alle benodigdheden, strandbedjes en handdoeken, wasmachine en waslijn, noem maar op. De tuin is een cadeautje: de ruimte om het huis is heel erg fijn en biedt veel privacy, het zwembad is ideaal en schoon. En de eigenaren zijn gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ondanks dat ze naast het huisje wonen (achter een hoge heg), zijn ze er alleen in overleg, als dat nodig is. Ze hebben goede tips waar te eten in het dorpje. Dit was voor ons een schot in de roos, we hebben genoten!

In Orgiva is zelf niet veel te beleven. De natuur is echter adembenemend mooi. Het huis is ook prachtig, schoon en goed afgeschermd. Vanaf Orgiva kun je door middel van zeer goede snelwegen, verschillende steden bezoeken. Wij zelf hebben Granada, Malaga, Montril en nog andere omliggende dorpjes bezocht. Het huis en zwembad zijn echt heel schoon. Het huis is van alles voorzien. De verhuurders zijn echt zeer vriendelijk en staan gelijk paraat als er iets is.

Al bij onze eerste ontmoeting met Paco en Guadalupe voelden we ons enorm welkom in het vakantiehuis,

Al bij onze eerste ontmoeting met Paco en Guadalupe voelden we ons enorm welkom in het vakantiehuis, alles was tip top in orde. Het zwembad en de tuin werden om de 2 dagen proper gemaakt door Paco die dit op een uiterst discrete manier doet. Hij is op elk moment bereikbaar en je kan hem alles vragen. Orgiva is een rustig dorp gelegen in de prachtige Alpujarras. Toch ben je niet ver verwijderd van enkele grote steden, Motril ligt op 30 km, Granada op 50 km en andere kleine steden die makkelijk te bereiken zijn. Wij hebben een heerlijke deugddoende vakantie achter de rug en zouden in de toekomst zeker nog eens terug willen gaan. Een aanrader voor wie graag geniet van de natuur, rust en toch de nodige luxe bij de hand heeft. Muchas gracias por todo

Meneer Paco is een hele aardige man, je kan hem alles vragen wat je wil. Niet te vergeten de plaats zelf Orgiva, het is een prachtige dorp met vriendelijke mensen. Kortom het was zeker de moeite waard.

Le logement de type rural participe au dépaysement et il est propice au repos. Il bénéficie de tout le confort moderne. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et à l'écoute. Ils font preuve d'une grande discrétion lors de leur intervention pour les divers entretiens. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à l'aise dans la résidence et le séjour à été parfait sur tous les points. Un grand merci à Paco et sa compagne pour leur accueil et générosité. Une expérience que nous reconduirons à coup sûr.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Órgiva. La maison et les équipements étaient au top (piscine, clim, jardin avec arbres fruitiers...). Le petit plus: la piscine clos de barrière avec portail qui se ferme à clé : idéal quand on a des enfants. Les propriétaires sont des gens très aimables, gentils et disponibles. La maison et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. La situation est idéale, dans la montagne, près du centre-ville (à pied) et la mer n’est qu’à 30 minutes. Les paysages sont magnifiques. On reviendra sans hésitation!

Die Unterkunft von Paco ist einfach traumhaft schön!! Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Es ist viel schöner als es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt!! Eine Oase der Ruhe und trotzdem fußläufig zum Ort. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um nach Granada und in die Sierra Nevada zu fahren. Die Alpujarras sind ein Traum und auch bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit!! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Paco auf jeden Fall weiter!!
