A notre arrivée à la porte de l'hôtel où nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, le propriétaire nous a indiqué par le biais d'un interphone que la chambre avait un problème de fuite d'eau et qu'il fallait contacter Hotel.com pour trouver une autre solution. Il était 20 h et nous avions des craintes sur les disponibilités d'autres chambres dans cette ville très touristique surtout un samedi soir. Le propriétaire ne s'est même pas déplacer pour nous expliquer de vive voix le problème et nous aider à trouver une autre chambre. Au contraire il raccrochait rapidement l'interphone en nous expliquant que ce n'était pas son problème. Nous trouvons cette attitude très irrespectueuse et avons le sentiment que ce propriétaire pratique le surbooking et évoque des problèmes matériels quand il doit se justifier devant un client. Nous déconseillons fortement les futurs clients potentiels de choisir cette maison d'hôtes.

Bonne adresse à Oristano .

Hôtel agréable , propre ,dans le centre avec un bon restaurant à proximité. un frigo dans la chambre . A noter pas de petit déjeuner.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la struttura è curata e pulitissima, il personale cordiale. Le modalità di conduzione permettono grande libertà e, nello stesso tempo, attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti. Situato nel centro di Oristano con facilità di parcheggio.

The Staff was very welcoming, rooms spotless, and for the sweet lovers you also have free candies in the room. We had the luxury of having a hammock in the terrace which was very welcome in the morning when the sun is starting to shine
