The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Dollar Tree and a grocery store are on the same property. There is also an excellent Mexican restaurant and a Thai food restaurant there as well. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The room was clean and comfortable. The wall heater was a little noisy and cycled on and off quite a bit but I used ear plugs and it wasn't really an issue

The staff is very friendly; everything was great except being on the first floor has its disadvantages due to the neighbors above you. Neighbors talking extensively outside early in the morning. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We stayed here for a quick overnight. It wasn’t the first hotel recommended by a friend but it was the closest to our competition. It was fantastic, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to, tge water pressure was good, sheets were clean, the room was also very clean. Staff was nice, it was quiet the bed was comfortable. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I was very impressed. Not the Ritz but perfect for an overnight. I would definitely stay here again.

Smooth check in. Very friendly clerk that stayed so upbeat one had no option but to feel happy. I had a long 6 hour drive with a number of challenges. All I wanted was my key, a hot shower, a bed. This clerk smiled, made eye contact, and made me feel genuinely welcome to the Orland Inn. I was left with zero questions because she seamlessly covered everything one would want or need to know about the property. Excellent stay.

OK for a 1 night stay

Front staff were great. Motel is just old. Carpets can use a good cleaning, walls are thin, and corners in the rooms need a good cleaning. Beds are not that comfortable for our tastes. A/C is loud. Most of these things are just because of the age of the motel. Pool area was clean and fun for the teenage boys to play in. There are a few stores right in the same parking lot to pick up any items you may need. Motel is right off the freeway so very convenient. Motel was full with firefighters, that were away 90% of the time we were there. No smoke from the fire, as it was blowing north of our location. I would stay here again if the need arose.

Another stay at Orland

Just a couple days, and have stayed here many times, before. As usual, check in was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and neat though the sitting chair was stained and pretty uncomfortable. Hurt to sit in it for too long using a computer, for example. The lampshade was in poor condition, cracked and peeling inside but the light level was adequate. TV was okay. Internet access was fine. They need to replace the bath mat and towels, daily, however. Perhaps this was a simple oversight. Ice machine worked fine. The hotel was pretty quiet even though immediately off of the freeway. Morning food provided was pretty limited, fruit or CostCo plastic wrapped danish and coffee/tea. For my purposes, adequate.
